Set against the backdrop of the Korean War and the booming seventies fashion world, Fashion 70s is a captivating drama focusing on the lives, careers, and love stories of four young people. As children, Joon Hee and Kang Hee become friends, alongside Dong Young, a military general's son, and Jang Bin. However, a North Korean invasion tears them apart. Believing his daughter Joon Hee died in an explosion, her father adopts Kang Hee. Meanwhile, Kang Hee's greedy mother finds an amnesiac Joon Hee in an orphanage and adopts her, renaming her Doe Mi. Growing up on a small island, Doe Mi is completely unaware of her true identity. Years later, their paths cross again with destructive results. Dreaming of becoming a successful fashion designer, Doe Mi moves to Seoul with the help of petty criminal Jang Bin. While Jang Bin falls deeply in love with her, his feelings remain unrequited as they navigate the competitive fashion industry.
