Description:

Won Gyeong tells the compelling story of Queen Won Kyung, originally Lady Min, who hails from a prominent Goryeo family. She marries Lee Bang Won, known as Prince Jeongan, the son of King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon dynasty. When King Taejo unexpectedly selects his second son as his successor, bypassing Lee Bang Won, Lady Min and her husband are profoundly unhappy. Driven by ambition and a desire for power, Lady Min assumes the role of a formidable kingmaker. She meticulously works to help Lee Bang Won become King Taejong, successfully establishing a new regime. However, their triumph is soon overshadowed.
