In the movie Vampire Girl Vs Frankenstein Girl, high school student Mizushima receives Valentine's Day chocolates from the new student Monami Arukado. Unknown to Mizushima, the sweets contain Monami's vampire blood. After eating them, he gets infected, and Monami confesses her desire for them to live together forever as vampires. Jealousy consumes Mizushima's girlfriend, Keiko Furano, who relentlessly teases Monami while trying to uncover her greatest weakness. Soon, Keiko discovers Monami's true identity as a vampire. Meanwhile, Mizushima decides to fully transform into a vampire with Monami's help. Her father, the mad scientist Kenji Furano, resurrects her as a Franken girl. This sparks a deadly, monstrous combat between Franken Keiko and Vampire Monami in the name of love.
