The Magnificent Scoundrels is a hilarious comedy of errors centered around desperate con artists and chaotic heists. Valantino, down on his luck after his girlfriend leaves him, gets entangled with a local mob boss due to a clumsy con artist. Meanwhile, another low-life in debt to the same boss is ordered to rob a wealthy estate. Chaos peaks when Chow and Mo target the exact same house, plotting to lure the owners out with free tickets to see Sally Yeh. To clear the path, Wu uses a Filipino party animal to distract the maids. However, when the thieves collide, massive confusion erupts. Mistaking each other for the rich homeowner and a wealthy relative, Chow and Wu attempt to scam one another. The rivalry escalates when Wu recruits Amy Yip to seduce Chow, sparking intense jealousy in Mo, who desperately tries to enlarge her breasts to outshine her rival.
