On The Job is a gritty crime thriller that follows four men on opposite sides of the law as they struggle to survive and provide for their loved ones. Representing the criminal underworld are Mario and Daniel, two former prison inmates working as contract killers. Mario intends to go straight upon getting his parole, while his younger apprentice Daniel prepares to replace him. On the other side of the law are Joaquin and Francis, two police officers and investigators caught in a moral conflict. While attempting to do their duties, they find themselves tangled in a loop of corrupt government officials. As both groups navigate their dangerous realities, the impact of their actions deeply affects their families. Eventually, the paths of these four men inevitably collide in a high-stakes struggle for survival.
