Description:

"Let's Go Karaoke!" tells the unique story of Kyoji Narita, a high-ranking yakuza member on a mission to improve his terrible singing. One rainy day, drawn by a beautiful voice, he encounters Satomi Oka, a junior high student who leads his school's choral club. Desperate to avoid placing last in his gang's upcoming karaoke competition, Kyoji makes an unexpected request: he invites the embarrassed Satomi to become his singing teacher. While Kyoji aims to overcome his vocal deficiencies, Satomi, despite his sincere personality and sharp remarks, faces his own challenge, struggling with high-pitched notes due to puberty. This unlikely duo forms a peculiar mentorship, bringing together two vastly different individuals through their shared, albeit contrasting, relationship with singing. Based on the manga series Karaoke Iko by Yama Wayama.
