The Koizora drama follows Tahara Mika, an ordinary high school girl whose peaceful life takes a sudden turn. Out of the blue, she is kissed by her classmate, Sakurai Hiroki, also known as Hiro. With his bleached hair and piercing, Hiro stands out immediately. To make matters worse, Mika discovers that he is already dating someone. Shocked and deeply hurt that her precious first kiss was stolen in such a careless way, Mika desperately tries to forget the incident. Sensing her distress, her friend suggests she move on and focus on Tatsuya, another boy in their class. However, feelings are rarely simple.
