Iyasaretai Otoko centers on Akiyama, a 44-year-old middle manager working for a toilet manufacturing company. His demanding role constantly generates immense stress, as he navigates the pressures from both his supervisors and subordinates. To cope with this daily burden, Akiyama retreats into a private world, indulging in elaborate sexual fantasies involving beautiful women he observes on the street.
