Description:

After a devastating accident takes her younger brother, Chu Yao's family takes in Luo Shu, an orphan from across the street, to help their mentally unstable mother cope with the loss. As years pass, Luo Shu develops profound romantic feelings for his adoptive older sister, Chu Yao, though he keeps them a secret, especially after she falls in love with and becomes engaged to Han Zi Mo.

Their dreams are shattered when Han Zi Mo flees from persistent loan sharks, abandoning Chu Yao with a mountain of debt.
