Ikemen desu ne follows Miko Miori Takimoto, a pure but clumsy twenty-year-old girl dreaming of becoming a nun at a convent. Her life changes when Mabuchi asks her to join the band A.N.JELL, pretending to be her twin brother Mio. Ren Katsuragi Yuta Tamamori, a self-centered perfectionist and musical genius, is completely against Mio joining the band. Meanwhile, the soft and generous guitarist Shu Fujishiro Taisuke Fujigaya is the first to realize that Mio is different. The bright drummer Yuki Hongo Hikaru Yaotome also dislikes Mio because he thinks Mio makes Ren nervous. Can Miko keep her secret while living with these three popular musicians?
