Geeks follows the unconventional life of a brilliant 29-year-old forensics examiner at a bustling police station. Driven by an exceptional memory and a sharp analytical mind, she prioritizes efficiency above all else, eschewing traditional police customs like mandatory overtime or superficial office relationships. Her only close companions are two other independent women from the force: a dedicated physician and a resourceful member of the traffic department.

Every Friday evening, these three friends gather at their favorite izakaya pub, unwinding with candid conversations about their work and personal lives. One fateful night, their chat shifts to a particularly perplexing case that has baffled the station's detectives. Intrigued by the challenge, the trio decides to pool their diverse talents and unique perspectives.
