Description:

Two years ago, Noda Tetsuya, a medical intern, lost his right hand and his mentor, cardiac surgeon Terashima Koichi, who was brutally murdered along with his wife. Now, Noda, known as "Teacher," leads an illegal, secret surgery team. His co-leader is Terashima Yui, Koichi's daughter, now a ten-year-old medical genius called "Dr. Chocolate." Having been deeply influenced by her father's work, Yui possesses advanced medical techniques far beyond her years.

The seven-member team performs seemingly impossible life-saving operations for a hefty fee: 100 million yen in cash, a non-disclosure agreement, and chocolate. While saving patients under extreme circumstances, their true mission is to uncover the truth behind Yui's parents' mysterious deaths. However, their clandestine operations and remarkable success soon draw the unwanted attention of a persistent newspaper reporter, jeopardizing their secrets and their quest for justice.
