Description:

Yi Guan Xiao Zhuan transports viewers to the Ming dynasty capital, where a small medical shop, Lehe, is home to a group of spirited young people. Their peaceful lives are shattered when the Medical Center's main hall mysteriously vanishes. A product apprentice, Zhu, then receives an enigmatic reel. Upon opening it, he experiences a sudden rush of memories, compelling him to transcribe its ancient contents before the reel turns to ashes and he collapses.

This bizarre event triggers an official investigation. Dongchang and West Plant dispatch master Yang Yuxuan and Liu Ruoxin to go undercover at the Medical Center. They inadvertently become entangled with Zhu in a complex and perilous case involving the secret scrolls. As new faces disrupt the medical shop's tranquility, a web of intrigue and burgeoning romance unfolds, complicated by the arrival of Yang Yuxuan's ex-girlfriend, Guard Vice thousand Nie. Zhu leads his detective squad on an adventure, battling obstacles to solve multiple perplexing cases and ultimately unveil a profound secret threatening the dynasty.
