The heartwarming romantic drama Wonderful Radio follows Shin Gina, played by Lee MinJeong, a conceited former leader of a popular girl group who now hosts a radio show called Wonderful Radio. When the show's ratings plummet, the previous producer is sacked, and the cold, unfriendly Lee Jaeik, played by Lee Jungjin, is hired as his replacement. Lee is an irritable professional who notoriously drinks iced coffee even in the dead of winter, making him clash instantly with the stubborn diva Shin. Their constant bickering reaches a boiling point, leading Shin to pitch a unique idea: inviting real listeners to the studio to read their personal stories and sing a song. Surprisingly, this new feature becomes a massive hit. As the show regains its popularity, Lee and Shin begin to look past their differences, learn more about each other, and gradually grow closer.
