In the romantic comedy movie While You Were Sleeping, Yu Jin is a free-spirited single girl with a busy dating life and multiple boyfriends. Her world turns upside down after a wild party where she gets drunk to the point of a complete blackout. The next morning, Yu Jin wakes up in a mysterious hotel room with only a faint memory of having slept with a man. Unable to recall his identity, she decides to play detective and writes down a list of potential suspects. Among them is Cheol Jin, her loyal best friend since college. However, Yu Jin is absolutely convinced it could not be him because he is far too shy for such a bold encounter. This lighthearted search for the mystery lover forces her to question her feelings and look closely at the men in her life. Will Yu Jin find her secret lover?
