After successfully expelling the five, Jia Xiao Duo faces a crushing realization: she must ultimately drive herself away. With only two souls remaining – Xu Tian and Jia Xiao Duo – Xu Tian, unaware of her existence or her profound sacrifice, experiences an inexplicable sadness. He feels a deep loneliness approaching, as if saying goodbye to his most considerate, unseen companion forever.
