Welcome to Samdalri tells the story of two childhood friends whose paths diverge dramatically. Jo Yong Pil, traumatized by his haenyeo mother's death due to an incorrect weather report, dedicates his life to becoming a weather forecaster. His unwavering commitment to truth and protecting his hometown's elders often leads to clashes, earning him a reputation as difficult but principled.
