Voyage is a provocative drama directed by Hong Kong auteur Scud. The story follows a young psychiatrist, played by Ryo van Kooten, who struggles with depression. In an attempt to come to terms with the wrenching emotional relationships he has had with his patients, the psychiatrist embarks on a solo journey starting from Hong Kong. As he travels across Mongolia, Malaysia, Australia, Germany, and the Netherlands, he records the emotional stories of his patients and visits the locales that hosted them. Filmed mostly in English, this captivating film showcases the protagonist's deep struggle and search for emotional resolution. Featuring an international cast with Debra Baker, Adrian Ron Heung, Sebastian Castro, Byron Pang, and Leni Speidel, Voyage explores the complex bond between healer and patient.
