Venus Talk is a candid and engaging film that follows the lives of three close female friends in their 40s as they navigate love, sex, and relationships. ShinHye, a successful cable TV producer, is devastated when her ex-boyfriend, Director Lee, decides to marry a much younger colleague. After a wild night of drinking, ShinHye ends up at a motel with her younger coworker, HyunSeung, leading to unexpected complications. Meanwhile, MiYeon is a housewife who demands intimacy from her husband, JaeHo, three times a week. As JaeHo struggles to satisfy her, MiYeon finds a hidden secret in his desk. Lastly, HaeYoung runs a bakery cafe and wants more privacy with her boyfriend, SungJae. She pushes her daughter, SooJung, to move out, which finally happens when SooJung gets pregnant and marries. Together, these three women face the humorous and heartfelt realities of mid-life romance.
