Unrequited Love follows Luo Zhi, who has secretly harbored deep feelings for her childhood playmate, Sheng Huai Nan, for fifteen years. Though once inseparable, their friendship faded over time, and by university, Huai Nan became a distant acquaintance. Despite her heart still longing for him, Luo Zhi accepted that her love would remain unrequited. However, fate intervenes when a chance meeting during an excursion to Red Canyon Valley unexpectedly reunites the old friends. Their rekindled connection soon sparks romantic feelings, promising a new beginning. Yet, their blossoming relationship faces immediate challenges from external interference and a series of misunderstandings.
