In Umizaru III The Last Message, a violent typhoon threatens the giant natural gas plant Regalia, triggering a disastrous accident. Japan Coast Guard rescue divers Daisuke Senzaki and Tetsuya Yoshioka, along with engineer Hiroshiichirou Sakuragi, rush to the scene. However, a sudden explosion traps Daisuke, Natsu Nishizawa, Kazue Fukiishi, and worker Hisayoneo Kizima inside the crumbling facility. Together with Takuya Hotori, a man he just meets, Daisuke desperately searches for an escape route.
