The heartwarming film Udon, brought to you by the Bayside Shakedown team, stars Yusuke Santamaria and Manami Konishi in a touching story about soul food and self-discovery. The plot follows Kosuke, a young man who grows to hate his small-town life. After a heated fight with his father, Kosuke decides to leave everything behind and move to New York. However, his dreams are met with constant frustration. Facing financial ruin from loans, he is forced to return to his quiet hometown. Upon his arrival, Kosuke realizes nothing has changed. His sister still worries about him, his friends are exactly the same, and his father is still dedicated to pounding away at noodles. Most importantly, a warm bowl of udon is still waiting for him. Once Kosuke finally learns to love udon, he finds the inner strength, will, and a unique way of his own to move forward in life.
