The movie U Disk begins on New Year's Eve in 1984 with the chaotic birth of Qian Cheng, an ordinary boy who unfortunately falls face-first onto the ground. Fast forward to June 2011, where we meet Wang Deli, played by Tang Aiguo, a wedding company boss driving a run-down Charade with a Mercedes logo. Wang Deli is desperately trying to contact a wealthy real estate boss, still good water, to demand payment for a reception. However, the angry boss throws his phone onto the passenger seat of his luxury Mercedes. On the same road, a drunk 27-year-old Qian Cheng, played by Yang Long, stumbles along aimlessly. As the phone continues to ring under the seat, the distracted real estate boss bends down to pick it up. When he finally straightens up, his speeding car is heading directly toward the helpless Qian Cheng, who fails to react as the boss slams on the brakes.
