The drama film Touch follows the lives of twin brothers Kazuya Keita Saito and Tatsuya Shota Saito, who have been close friends with a girl named Minami Masami Nagasawa since their childhood days. Bound by a shared fascination for baseball, the brothers make a promise to become skilled enough to take Minami to the tournament at the Koshien stadium.

As they grow older, Kazuya develops into an impressive pitcher. Meanwhile, Tatsuya takes a backseat and focuses on boxing, hiding his romantic feelings for Minami so his brother can succeed.
