Too Beautiful to Lie is a hilarious romantic comedy about Youngju, a charming ex-con released on parole, and Heechul, an innocent pharmacist. Their paths cross on a train journey when Youngju mistakenly accuses Heechul of being a molester. After a pickpocket steals Heechuls engagement ring, Youngju retrieves it to avoid suspicion but ends up stranded on the platform, losing her luggage. Left with only the ring, she tracks Heechul down to his family home. There, his relatives misinterpret the ring and assume Youngju is his fiancée. To prevent another arrest, she utilizes her expert deception skills to charm the entire town. When Heechul returns empty-handed, he finds himself falsely branded as a heartless man who abandoned his devoted lover. A chaotic battle between truth and lies begins as the framed pharmacist tries to expose the beautiful con artist who has stolen his familys hearts.
