Set in a futuristic Tokyo five years after the Shibuya riots, the city is controlled by rival youth tribes. Kai Deguchi is a member of Musashino Saru, a tribe led by the peaceful Tera. Tension erupts when Bukuro WuRONZ, a rival gang led by Mera, kills a member of Musashino Saru. This sparks a deep personal conflict, as Kai and Mera are former best friends turned bitter enemies.
