Description:

To Grow with Love follows the journey of an overweight daughter to a wealthy man in the Philippines. Worried about her future and marriage prospects due to her weight, her father arranges a union with an ideal partner. However, feeling nothing for her intended, the idealistic daughter escapes to Hong Kong, seeking a different life.

She quickly discovers Hong Kong is a materialistic world where appearances are paramount. Her weight makes her an easy target for ridicule, especially from a successful, perfectionist designer who owns a chain of stores where she eventually finds work. This designer firmly believes appearances reflect one's capability. Their clashing personalities lead to constant quarrels and misunderstandings. Despite their opposing views, a series of unexpected events brings the two closer together, leading them back to the Philippines, suggesting a transformation beyond superficiality.
