To Catch the Uncatchable is a hilarious detective comedy focusing on Mok Dayo Wong, a highly intelligent but physically weak detective with asthma. His life intertwines with insurance agent Wai Ada Choi after a series of funny misunderstandings where she mistakes him for a pervert. When Wai is falsely accused of shoplifting and the murder of her boss, Mok uses his sharp mind to prove her innocence. Despite their bickering over Mok being constantly broke, they form a close bond. Meanwhile, Wai faces intense workplace rivalry against Romeo Marco Ngai, who leads the competitive men's insurance team against her women's team. Adding to the drama is fitness trainer Jim Michael Tong, who gets entangled in several investigations and falls for Wai, though her heart secretly belongs to Mok. Filled with unique cases and office gossip, this series offers a perfect blend of mystery and humor.
