Time Is Money is the directorial debut of Kang Kang. The movie revolves around the story of Chen Mo, played by Kang Kang, who is a spoiled member of the second generation of a rich family. Due to his severe addiction to gambling, Chen Mo loses absolutely everything his father had passed down to him. This reckless behavior deeply infuriates his old man. Ultimately, his father leaves him only a single painting by the painter Chu Zhong Tian, who is played by Mark Lee. To Chen Mo's devastation, the artwork is worth a mere 100,000 Taiwan currency. Since this small sum is nowhere near enough to pay off his massive gambling debts, Chen Mo must face the consequences of his actions in this gripping film.
