In modern Beijing, marriage and divorce are often taken too lightly. The 2015 Chinese drama series Think Before You Marry follows the lives of Long Xia, played by Tong Da Wei, and Yu Xiao Yu, played by Wang Li Kun. After both suffer betrayal from their respective partners, they cross paths in Beijing and decide to become roommates. However, their lives take an unexpected turn when their parents discover they are living together and pressure them into a forced marriage.
