Description:

In November 2008, six young Hong Kong holidaymakers find their vacation in Bangkok turning into a nightmare. They become unexpectedly stranded when the city's airport is seized by demonstrators protesting the prime minister's resignation. With no way to leave, the group is forced to confront the escalating tension in the city and within their own dynamic. Among them is a couple, portrayed by Rainie Yang and Shawn Yue, whose relationship is already fragile and teetering on the brink of a breakup. As the days pass and their situation remains uncertain, the strain of their confinement and the political unrest amplify their personal struggles. "The Child's Eye" explores how this unexpected ordeal challenges their bonds and forces them to navigate not only the chaos around them but also their rapidly unraveling relationships amidst the urban turmoil.
