Tevar is a gripping action-romance film centering on Pintoo, a talented young Kabaddi player. While visiting Mathura for practice, Pintoo accidentally rescues Radhika from Gajendar Singh, a ruthless faction leader who killed her brother and wants to force her into marriage. After humiliating Gajendar, Pintoo takes Radhika to Agra to hide her at his family home with his sister Pinky's assistance. As the couple evades Gajendar's relentless pursuit, Radhika falls in love with her savior. Although they attempt to part ways at the airport so Radhika can escape to America, they confess their love for one another. Their relief is short-lived when Gajendar kidnaps Radhika and captures Pintoo. In a dramatic final battle, Pintoo survives a stabbing to defeat his foes, while Gajendar is betrayed and shot by his henchman Kakdi under the Home Minister's orders. With the villain defeated, Pintoo and Radhika happily marry.
