"Tenki-yoho no Koibito" centers on Yano Katsuhiko, a divorced weather forecaster whose professional life is precise, but his personal life lacks direction. His well-meaning friend, Taguchi, arranges a date with Yukawa Sachi, the popular radio DJ famously known as the "Love Specialist." Yano is intrigued, vaguely recalling beautiful photographs he'd seen of Sachi before their meeting, hinting at a pre-existing, albeit distant, admiration.

However, a subtle complication arises. Upon meeting Sachi, Yano realizes that the captivating woman from those previous pictures, the one who had genuinely piqued his interest, was not Sachi herself. It was, in fact, Sachi's friend, Yujin. This revelation throws Yano's romantic radar into disarray, forcing him to navigate the complexities of mistaken identity and unexpected attraction. Now, he must reconcile his preconceived notions with the surprising truth, questioning whether his heart truly forecasts a future with the Love Specialist or the enigmatic woman he initially glimpsed.
