Description:

Set in the 17th Century, the historical drama Tamna the Island follows Jang Beo Jin, a young female diver living on Tamra Island. Unhappy with her current situation, she constantly dreams of one day leaving the island behind. Her life takes a shocking turn when she discovers a young, blond-haired man named William lying on the beach. William is a shipwrecked British citizen who brings a wave of change to her world. Meanwhile, another young man named Park Kyu arrives on Tamra Island disguised as a convict. In reality, Park Kyu is a budding government official known as a Seon Bi. Soon, these three young people find their lives deeply intertwined, becoming involved in a hilarious love triangle.
