Description:

"The Beauty of Detail" opens at the start of the third school year, as Takumi eagerly awaits reuniting with his boyfriend, Gii, after the summer break. However, their living situation has changed; Takumi now has a new roommate, while Gii, promoted to the third-floor dorm head, enjoys his own private room. Gii's return from New York brings a startling transformation. His appearance has altered, but more significantly, his attitude towards Takumi and others has grown cold and distant. Gii intentionally avoids Takumi, eventually suggesting they take a break from their relationship. This sudden emotional rejection deeply affects Takumi, causing his human contact phobia to relapse. Takumi’s new roommate, Arata Misu, who dislikes Gii, soon discovers Takumi’s worsening condition. Arata confronts Gii, revealing Takumi's relapse and asserting his intention to help Takumi overcome his phobia if their relationship truly ends.
