In Swordsman 3, a royal official travels aboard a Portuguese warship to the historic Black Cliffs. This legendary site marks the supposed defeat of the evil Invincible Asia, who attained supernatural abilities by following the sacred scroll and castrating himself. However, the official soon uncovers a dark secret: the Portuguese are actually hunting for that very same sacred scroll. In a shocking turn of events, the official discovers that Invincible Asia is not actually dead. Determined to reclaim power and purge the land, the resurrected Invincible Asia embarks on a ruthless quest to destroy all the impostors who have falsely assumed his or her place leading cults. Meanwhile, a chaotic race begins as the Portuguese, a mysterious Japanese warlord, and others search frantically for both the legendary Invincible Asia and the coveted sacred scroll.
