Spring Song follows two band members, Yu Jun Sang and Lee Jun Hwa, from the group J and Joy 20. One winter, they spontaneously decide to fly to Japan with an ambitious vision: to film a music video. They arrive completely unprepared, with no actors, themes, or concrete plans, armed only with the desire to create a song for spring.

What unfolds is a joyful and unexpected journey of artistic creation. Amidst Japan's snowy landscape, they find their perfect setting on a snowfield with Mount Fuji majestically in the background. Their impromptu project gains momentum as Japanese musical actor Nakagawa Akinori and Korean actors Kim So Jin and Jung Soon Won join them. Together, this diverse ensemble embarks on a passionate production of the music video. Spring Song is a heartwarming record of their creative endeavors and a pleasant story about artists driven by simple, pure minds bringing a vibrant vision of spring to life.
