Sexual Drive delves into the unspoken anxieties of desire and intimacy. Designer Enatsu secretly battles his wife's sexlessness, while office worker Akane navigates a return to her job after dealing with panic symptoms. Elite advertising agent Ikeyama is determined to sever ties with his lover. Their seemingly disparate lives collide with the appearance of Kurita, a mysterious and shabby man holding a secret for each. Kurita first confronts Enatsu, confessing an affair with his wife. Akane, driving alone for the first time in a while, accidentally runs Kurita over. Later, Ikeyama receives a disturbing call from Kurita, who claims to have abducted his lover. This suspicious figure systematically unearths the hidden truths surrounding the trio's sexualities, forcing them to face their deepest, most personal secrets.
