In the early 1600s, the newly established Ching Dynasty imposes a strict Martial Arts Ban to control China. Seizing this opportunity, the cruel and greedy Wind Fire ravages Northwestern China to enforce the law, aiming his sights on the peaceful Martial Village. To stop this brutality, retired executioner Fu Qingzhu takes Wu Yuanyin and Han Zhiban to Mount Heaven, seeking help from the master hermit Master ShadowGlow. Agreeing to assist, Master ShadowGlow sends four of his best disciples, Chu Zhaonan, Yang Yunchong, Mulong, and Xin Longzi. Together, they form the Seven Swords.
