See You After School is an entertaining high school comedy drama centered on Goongdahl, a young man who has spent his entire life dealing with bad luck and a loser streak. Determined to turn his life around, Goongdahl completes a yearlong psychological therapy program to boost his confidence. Fresh out of the clinic, he enters a new high school ready to make a fresh start. Seeking to prove his new strength, Goongdahl steps in when he notices some troublemakers bullying Mina, the school's most gorgeous student. Hoping to make a heroic impression, he targets Jaekoo, believing him to be an easy prey. Unfortunately, Goongdahl lacks crucial information about the school's social hierarchy. Jaekoo is actually the school's notorious thug. Instead of looking like a hero, Goongdahl finds the tables turned on him. Now, he must face his ultimate fear as Jaekoo challenges him to a fight on the rooftop after school.
