Believing he is humanity's sole savior, he teams up with his circus-performer girlfriend to kidnap a powerful executive, whom he suspects is a high-ranking extraterrestrial. Confining the man to his basement workshop, Byeonggu inflicts brutal torture to force a confession before an upcoming eclipse. However, as the torment escalates, a darker truth emerges: the executive’s company poisoned Byeonggu’s mother during a pharmacy test, suggesting his alien obsession is a delusion masking a desperate quest for revenge. When a curious detective gets too close to the truth, meeting a gruesome end, the stakes skyrocket. Byeonggu's cruelty intensifies as he crucifies his prisoner, leading to a tense battle of wits. Desperate to survive, the captive executive manipulates Byeonggu by claiming a bottle of benzene is the antidote for his comatose mother, setting up a thrilling, unpredictable climax.
