The movie Satorare follows the emotional journey of Kenichi Joe, a young goodhearted doctor living with a rare syndrome. As a satorare, his innermost thoughts and feelings are involuntarily broadcast to everyone around him. While the government secretly protects people like him, Kenichi Joe faces a harsh reality at work. His hospital colleagues, constantly bombarded by his private thoughts, face immense inconvenience and actively try to drive him away. Compassion arrives in the form of Mayu, a beautiful female doctor who steps in to shield him from learning the cruel truth about his uniqueness. However, as Mayu protects him, Kenichi falls deeply in love with her. Inevitably, his romantic feelings are broadcast through his thoughts to the entire hospital, creating a chaotic, touching, and unforgettable situation for everyone involved.
