Saat Po Long, also known as SPL or Kill Zone, is a gripping Hong Kong action film that follows a successful serious crime investigation police unit. Led by the articulate senior detective Chan, played by Simon Yam, the unit tackles dangerous crimes with three other dedicated detectives. As Chan prepares for an early retirement, martial arts expert Ma, played by Donnie Yen, arrives to take over the leadership of the unit. Ma is deeply determined to put things right. However, the police officers face an incredibly formidable opponent in Po, played by Sammo Hung, a powerful and ruthless figure rising in the underworld with interests in every illegal activity. Backed by his coldblooded, reclusive right-hand man Jack, played by Jing Wu, Po poses a deadly threat to the team. This high-stakes clash leads to some of the most vicious, intense, and realistic fight scenes in action cinema as Ma and Chan fight to bring down Po's criminal empire.
