Runaway~Aisuru Kimi no Tame ni is a gripping suspense drama about four innocent young men wrongfully imprisoned in a Kita Kyushu jail. The emotional story begins when Katsuragi Ataru, falsely convicted of murder, learns his daughter with Sasaoka Yuki is in critical condition due to an incurable heart ailment. Desperate to save her, Ataru decides to break out of prison. He is joined by three other innocent inmates: Kawashima Ryunosuke, a gangster; Takimoto Kuya, a former host; and Kagami Shun, an ex-dispatch rider. Bound by their shared innocence and urgent personal reasons, they band together to plan a daring escape. Their ultimate destination is Tokyo, located 1000 km away from Kyushu. To reach their loved ones, they must overcome constant challenges and evade the authorities on a perilous journey. Driven by love and desperation, they risk everything for freedom. Will they make it to Tokyo in time?
