In the artistic drama Planck Constant, Kim WooJoo Kim JaeWook lives a life dictated by obsessive habits and a highly active imagination. Every day, he visits a beauty salon to have his hair cut by exactly 1mm. During these haircuts, he secretly imagines the assistant hairdresser’s skirt becoming shorter little by little. His creative fantasies extend to a local cafe, where he writes a script fueled by his erotic imagination about an attractive female employee. Strangely, whenever she refills his coffee, surprising things happen to her. Later, at the movies, he intently stares at a woman sitting next to him. When she leaves the theater, he follows her, but she suddenly disappears. His mysterious journey culminates when he climbs to the top of a mountain during winter. There, he meets three women and shares a secret conversation with them, even though the three women do not know him at all.
