In the comedy-drama movie The Plan Man, Jung Seok is a librarian living with obsessivecompulsive personality disorder. His entire life is planned down to the second, from waking up and crossing the road to visiting a convenience store. While his coworkers find his obsession with order irksome, Jung Seok develops a crush on a local convenience store cashier who shares his neat habits. When he finally tries to confess his feelings, he instead bumps into So Jung, a messy, free-spirited musician who lives spontaneously. To win over his dream girl, who ironically wants someone who doesn't share her obsession for neatness, Jung Seok must step outside his comfort zone. With So Jung's help, he attempts to break his rigid routine. His life takes an unexpected turn when So Jung asks him to enter a singing audition program together with her, forcing him to challenge his highly structured world.
