Description:

Set during the beginning of the Rattanakosin Dynasty, Pee Mak Phrakanong follows Mak, a soldier who returns home from war after saving his comrades Ter, Puak, Shin, and Aey. Grateful and bonded by fate, the four friends accompany Mak back to his hometown of Phra Khanong. There, Mak happily reunites with his beautiful wife Nak and his newborn baby boy Dang. However, the joyful reunion quickly turns eerie. A terrifying rumor spreads through the village claiming that Nak passed away during childbirth, and her baby is stillborn. When the local gossip, Aunty Priak, is mysteriously found dead floating in the river, the friends begin to suspect the horrifying truth. Realizing that Nak and Dang might actually be haunting ghosts, the four friends must risk their lives to reveal the truth to Mak. Ultimately, Mak must face a heartbreaking choice between comforting love and terrifying reality in this thrilling tale.
