Description:

Papa to Musume no Nanokakan is a heartwarming J-drama adapted from the popular novel by Igarashi Takahisa. This delightful home comedy follows Kyoichiro, played by Tachi Hiroshi, and his teenage daughter Koume, portrayed by Aragaki Yui. Their distant relationship takes a bizarre turn during a train ride home after visiting Kyoichiros mother-in-law. Hoping to bond with Koume, Kyoichiro gets far more than he bargained for when a mysterious force suddenly swaps their minds into each other's bodies. Now, the father and daughter must navigate this chaotic supernatural swap by stepping into the other's shoes. With no immediate solution in sight, Kyoichiro must survive high school life as a teenage girl, while Koume has to manage her father's demanding career at work. As they pretend to be each other, they face hilarious misunderstandings while slowly beginning to understand the challenges of each other's lives.
