The story of Otomen revolves around Masamune Asuka, a popular high school boy who is widely known as the top kendo fighter in the nation. To the world, he is the epitome of cool masculinity. However, beneath his tough exterior, Asuka hides a secret side. He is actually fond of sweet treats, loves reading shojo manga, and possesses incredible skills in cooking and sewing. His carefully constructed life of keeping his secrets hidden is thrown into chaos when a new transfer student, Miyakozuka Ryo, arrives.
