Opas the Series Season 1 is an entertaining 2010 Thai series directed by Yongyoot Thongkongtoon that follows a very unusual police investigator. Lieutenant Opas, played by Ter Chantavit Dhanasevi, never wanted his supernatural gift. However, after hitting his head during a practice mission, he suddenly gains the terrifying ability to see ghosts. Despite his overwhelming fear, Lieutenant Opas decides to keep his ghostly vision a secret and use it to crack difficult criminal cases. He does not work alone. Along his side are the cool Bua Kwan, played by Noona Nuengthida Sophon, the highly skeptical Lieutenant Johnny, played by Peuk Pongsatorn Jongwilas, and photographer Kam, portrayed by Torpong Kuton. Together, this eccentric team tackles mysterious investigations. Can the easily frightened Lieutenant Opas conquer his deepest fears, work with his disbelieving colleagues, and finally bring spiritual criminals to justice?
